Privacy Policy

LSR SpotDesk ("SpotDesk") is an internal production and approval portal operated by Live Sports Radio ("LSR") for managing sponsor campaign assets. This policy explains what information SpotDesk collects, why, and how it's protected.

Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, and a securely hashed password for LSR staff and sponsor/client contacts with login access.
• Campaign content: uploaded audio, video, and document files, internal notes, and status history related to sponsor campaigns.
• Feedback comments: if a sponsor reviews a campaign through a shared review link, any comments they submit are stored and linked to that campaign.

We do not use SpotDesk to collect analytics, advertising, or behavioral tracking data, and we do not sell or share personal information with data brokers.

Cookies

SpotDesk uses cookies required for the site to function:

• A session cookie that keeps you logged in while you use the portal.
• An optional "remember me" cookie, set only if you choose that option at login, which keeps you signed in for up to 30 days.
• A security (CSRF) cookie that protects forms from cross-site request forgery.

These cookies are strictly necessary for login and security — they are not used for advertising or tracking, and no consent banner is required for them under applicable law.

Third-Party Services

SpotDesk relies on a small number of outside services to operate:

• Cloudflare Turnstile — a bot-verification check used on registration and password-reset forms. Your IP address is sent to Cloudflare for this check but is not stored by SpotDesk.
• Brevo — our email delivery provider, used to send notification and password-reset emails. Recipient email addresses pass through Brevo to deliver these messages.
• jsDelivr — a content delivery network used to load standard web styling libraries (Bootstrap) in your browser.

Data Security

Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt hashing. The portal is served over HTTPS, and session cookies are marked secure and HTTP-only in production.

Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain account and campaign data for as long as needed to support LSR's sponsor production workflow. If you'd like to review, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, contact us using the details below.
